崗位職責(zé)：

醫(yī)藥行業(yè)藥廠的新項目，需要Sourcing & Procurement 方面的人才，主要是從事間接采購：
?
工作地點：大連
?
要求日語流利，英語讀寫，熟練應(yīng)用SAP系統(tǒng)
?
有傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)或BPO行業(yè)對日采購經(jīng)驗3年以上經(jīng)驗都可以。采購的內(nèi)容不限。
?
Indirect category expertise
?
Negotiation - T&C’s and Pricing
?
Best practices of Spot buy
?
Understanding of contract structure, clauses, different types of contracts.
?
Good Understanding of end to end of P2P cycle
?
Prepares, issues, analyzes, negotiates and administers RFx,
?
e-Auctions, SOW (Statements of Work), CR (Change Requests), and terminations
?
?Able to handle and resolve phone calls /email Vendor & in house queries, follow-ups on Procurement P2P cycle
?
Understanding of P2P cycle with SAP Knowledge
?
Possess excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal.
?
Research and Analysis skills while performing process related activities.
?
Ability to come up with new idea and thought process within the process for improvements.
?
Act as a Subject matter expert and solve process queries and issues.
?
Meeting SLA parameters of the process.
?
Communicate with client over email & phone.
?

Capability to manage client SLA and escalations,
?
Good understanding of P2P cycle – preference for candidates with experience with domain and SAP
?
Willing to work in shifts.
?
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix management environment
?
Microsoft office tools - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
?
Ability to build effective working relations with clients and colleagues
